The foundation of our cooking is simple, great local produce and bringing the best out of the ingredient without confusing or losing its true flavour.
When dining with us, your home cooked meals are wholesome and innovative with a hint of Vanuatu native influence in many of our dishes. Dictated by the seasons, our meals change frequently. You will dine on fresh local fish caught daily by our own boats, enjoy organic meats, fresh fruit and vegetables. You will also experience a hint of France with freshly baked pastries and desserts. Your meals are prepared by your host Angele and her local staff. For the aspiring home chef, we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the use of local ingredients in our cooking.

We offer a selection of fine New Zealand, Australian and French wines. Local beers and spirits are also available from the bar. You will enjoy your meals dining at the waterfront fare while experiencing the sun set behind the nearby islands. Our aim is to provide you with a relaxed and informal dining experience and a level of attention only possible within a private setting. For corporate groups, special occasions or events we are able to tailor a menu to suit your individual requirements.
