Your meals are prepared by your host along with her local staff. You’ll dine on fresh pelagic and reef fish caught daily by our own boats, enjoy organic meats, organic fresh fruit and vegetables. For the aspiring home chef, we welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the use of local ingredients in our cooking.
